Pricing

Spotless Duct cleaning services have a fixed and owned price in residential and commercial areas. Spotless Duct cleaning service have all the right to make amendments in the quotations. If the property conditions are different from the estimation we are free to change our pricing on the spot of location.

  • Our costs are fixed on the types of services you appoint.
  • In residential duct cleaning, the price of our services depends on the number of floors and the services you are appointing.

Whereas, for the commercial duct cleaning, the quotation is generally provided after the inspection and estimation of the space.

Access

The access should be provided to the property at the time of services, or at the time of inspection or estimation. In case of customer’s availability at the time of appointment, he or she will be responsible for providing us with access to their property.

At the time of services being performed electricity and running water must be available in the property.

Payment

Before the beginning of the duct cleaning process, the customer should make the cash payment or by another way in advanced. The customer also has to provide the card details, besides the confirmed method.

  • The methods we accept payments are cash and credit card, and if the third payment method has agreed as bank transfer.
  • The customer has to complete the transfer before 24 hours of the service. If no transfer is done by the customer within the given time limit, then we cancel the appointment at our end.

Booking Amendments

The customers are free to make changes on appointment by calling us on our toll-free number and informing our customer representative team. Or directly via email, you can write to us.

Cancellations

If the customer needs to cancel the appointment, it is necessary to inform us by calling us or dropping us an email mentioning the reference number, date of servicing, and address of appointment.

  • If the customer cancels the appointment in advance more than 1 day of the appointment date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • A cancellation fee will be charged.
  • The customers have to inform us about the cancellation at least 3 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If the customer cancels the booking on the arrival of technicians/operator at the property, a call-out fee shall be charged of $180 to $200.
  • If the customer cancels the appointment in advance less than 24 hours.

No Show/ Delay/ Inability to Provide a Service.

To provide a service, If the customer fails to notify us about the cancellation,

cancellation on the spot on time of services will result in 100% of a cancellation fee of the total payment of the service in AUD, including GST as the result of No Show/ Inability.

Changes At The Time of Service

The additional charges quotes for the payments may go high if the customers want to add any changes in the services that were made at the time of booking, they are allowed to do so, they just only have to the pay the additional charges for the services.

In case of disagreement of any party with the renewed charges, the service shall be cancelled without cancellation charges.

Early Amendments

The only condition is that before 1 day of appointment at least the customer should inform in advance.

If our technicians have vacated your property,

  • The customers are not eligible to claim the refund after the completion of services.
  • The customers are free to make any kind of changes in booking, cancel, reschedule the services without any cancellation or amendment charges.
